St. George’s Hall sketch

Here is my sketch of St George’s Hall in Liverpool. I have used a mono theme (grey and white) using the HB and 6B pencils.

Here is the drawing-

I thought this would be interesting to do as part of the ‘Humans and the Environment’ project as it shows an empty city due to the effects of Coronavirus on everyone’s lives.

There is no particular artist or arts it’s that I have based this on - it’s just my own work, going towards my final grade.

St. George’s Hall (Landmark and cultural building)

Radio City Tower (Skysraper, second tallest building in Liverpool after the West Tower [20th tallest in UK])

St Johns (Shopping Mall)

Stone

Brick

Glass

I have more Liverpool-based work coming up soon. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, I wasn’t able to get any first hand observations - but here is the image from Google.com which this is based on...
